Pain Explained Program
In the 8-week Pain Explained Program, you will learn all the necessary knowledge and steps to take to overcome your chronic symptoms. This program is straight to the point and doesn’t make the work overcomplicated. A MindBody approach is used in this program, all you need is your brain!
This program is for you if you are experiencing any of the following:

Please Note: This program consists of 4 modules. It is recommended to complete each module on a biweekly basis.
