This is an 8-week program that will guide you on your chronic pain healing journey using a MindBody approach. Please Note: This program consists of 4 modules. It is recommended to complete each module on a biweekly basis. This is to ensure that you don’t move too quickly through the information or become overwhelmed by doing too much at once.
